Chronological age is your calendar age. Biological age estimates how your body appears to be aging based on biological signals. ABL uses TruAge and TruHealth epigenetic testing as part of a larger evaluation that also includes labs, blood pressure, fitness, body composition, symptoms, medical history, and patient goals.
Epigenetic aging refers to DNA methylation patterns associated with aging biology and pace of aging. These patterns may be influenced by lifestyle, sleep, metabolic health, inflammation, stress, and other factors. ABL interprets epigenetic aging results carefully and does not treat a single number as a diagnosis or guarantee.
The ABL Longevity Score synthesizes clinically relevant categories such as cardiovascular risk, lipids including ApoB and Lp(a), insulin resistance, inflammation, vitamin and hormone markers, body composition, blood pressure, VO2 Max and fitness, sleep risk, cognitive screening, nutrigenomic context, and adherence. The purpose is prioritization: what should improve first, how it will be tracked, and when it should be retested.

No. Optional add-ons are not included in the Foundational Assessment price or membership fees unless specifically stated. Patients may use insurance for outside referrals where applicable, and ABL Wellness and Longevity Clinic PLLC is not responsible for outside add-on costs.
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel or restart with 10-day notice, pause 1-3 months, and return in the same tier within 12 months without re-evaluation. There are no re-enrollment fees.
TruAge and TruHealth focus on epigenetic clock and biological aging signals that may be tracked over time. ExtendingME provides nutrigenomic information across over 500,000 DNA sites to help tailor supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle. CircleDNA is an optional fixed-DNA test for inherited risk, carrier status, pharmacogenomics, and traits.
