Med Spa credits apply exclusively toward ABL Med Spa services and do not carry over month to month. All memberships are direct-pay medical service agreements and are not insurance. Patients with health insurance are encouraged to maintain insurance for emergencies, prescriptions, referrals, and outside services.

Each membership level is designed to answer: what changed, what needs adjustment, and what is the next highest-impact step?
Essentials tracking goals
Frequency: annual physician visit, semi-annual InBody tracking, discounted RMR, VO2 Max, WatchPAT, and dietitian access.
Typical outcomes pursued: maintain physician access, establish a baseline relationship, and use discounted testing when focused follow-up is needed.
Silver tracking goals
Frequency: quarterly physician visits, quarterly InBody 570 tracking, semi-annual RMR and VO2 Max testing, monthly async check-ins, annual WatchPAT screening, and annual dietitian consult.
Biomarkers: body composition, Resting Metabolic Rate, VO2 Max, CGM patterns when used, sleep screening, blood pressure trends, and Foundational markers as appropriate.
Typical outcomes pursued: better clarity, accountability, blood pressure awareness, improved metabolic trend, fitness direction, and structured maintenance.
Gold tracking goals
Frequency: unlimited primary care visits, direct phone access, semi-annual RMR and VO2 Max testing, semi-annual WatchPAT screening, dietitian consult every 6 months, annual TruAge and TruHealth testing, and comprehensive labs every 6 months.
Biomarkers: TruAge, TruHealth, comprehensive labs, quarterly labs, VO2 Max, Resting Metabolic Rate, CGM data when used, body composition, and sleep screening.
Typical outcomes pursued: measurable progress in biological age direction, cardiometabolic risk, body composition, fitness, nutrition adherence, primary care continuity, and protocol precision.
